#4 Amy Winehouse's Jukebox
Listen to select cuts from Amy's amazing vintage jukebox.
In the North London offices of The Amy Winehouse Foundation sits a stunning piece of audio equipment - a 1959 Automatic Musical Instruments' J-200 stereo jukebox. This particular disc-selector belonged to Amy herself, the records hand-picked by her from October 2007 up until her untimely death on July 23, 2011.
MOJO was invited to view the jukebox ealier this summer and the following playlist represents a cross-section of Amy's 7-inches plus a few heartbreakers from her teenage mixtape (currently on show at The Jewish Museum in London). So put a coin in the slot, take a seat at the bar and be prepared to shed a few tears...
