Shirley Collins And Loudon Wainwright Join Cambridge Folk Festival Bill
Perennial British folk torch-bearer and Wainwright père augment rich Cambridge Folk Festival bill of roots-facing music.
SHIRLEY COLLINS, the folk revival heroine whose best albums are sorted and hymned in the new issue of MOJO magazine (due in UK shops from Tuesday, March 21), and Loudon Wainwright III, the multi-talented singer-songwriter with a wry chaser, bring new reasons to sign up for this year’s Cambridge Folk Festival. The hoedown takes place in the capital city of Fenland over the long weekend of 27-30 July, 2017.
