Win Tickets To Dave Davies' Special Christmas Show
The Kinks' riffing sibling rocks London's Islington Assembly Hall on December 18 and you could be there. Don’t be a Stranger!
Dave Davies – the battling brother behind the snarling guitar sound of The Kinks and the voice of their Death Of A Clown hit – will be performing a special concert at London’s Islington Assembly Hall on December 18. And MOJO is giving away 5 pairs of tickets. All you have to do is email your name and mobile number to peter@noblepr.co.uk to enter a draw. Winners will be chosen at midnight on Tuesday, December 8.
Celebrating the recent release of live album Rippin’ Up New York City and a forthcoming documentary film entitled Dave Davies: Strangers, Davies will perform a set of solo songs and Kinks classics with Jonathan Lea on second guitar, Tom Currier on bass and Dennis Diken of The Smithereens on drums.
One imagines he will play the awesome Strangers...
And fingers crossed for Rats...
