THIS SATURDAY IS like Christmas Day for most independent record shops – albeit a Christmas when you get up really early and work extra hard – as Record Store Day returns for 2015. The annual celebrations of the world’s best music emporia on April 18 is set to see shops across the country staging in-stores and other events, while of course selling those ever-so-rare Record Store Day exclusives.

With over 550 special releases for sale, including 7-inches from David Bowie and Courtney Barnett’s debut album retooled on orange double-vinyl, the MOJO team have been in vinyl heaven poring over this year's list of releases, and distilling them down to a Top 10.
